What is Clouded's brand message?
Clouded stands for self-expression through our clothes - both in fashion and mindset. Our brand motto is: “there’s light in every layer.”
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, we are only shipping within the UK - but we’re working on it. Stay tuned by signing up to our newsletter as we expand our shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
Hoodie/T-shirt orders: 2–5 working days
Cap orders: 3–9 working days (We use a different manufacturer for our caps to ensure the best quality products.)
Shipping delays may occur during busy periods.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your orders through your Clouded profile when you log in.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@cloudedclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
What if I received a faulty or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Please contact us at support@cloudedclothing.com within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from XS to 2XL. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product for exact measurements.

How should I wash my items?
All items come with care labels and care instructions are available on each products specific page. We recommend washing inside out on a cold cycle and air drying to maintain quality - especially for our printed pieces.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces may restock depending on the demand, but many items are limited time runs. Follow us on Instagram, TikTok or sign up for email updates to stay in the loop.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or make changes. Email us as soon as possible at support@cloudedclothing.com with your order number.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes - we occasionally offer exclusive discounts to our email subscribers and social media followers. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram and TikTok to stay updated.
